I’m Asher. I've been working as a personal trainer for five years, originally driven by my passion for physical health. As my journey unfolded, I pushed my body to explore its capabilities and developed an interest in mental health, engaging in activities such as weekly half marathons, intermittent fasting, ice baths, meditation, breathwork, and more.

 

Combining this knowledge with my ongoing study of nutrition, recovery and emphasis on movement patterns led to the creation of Healthehuman - A lifestyle-based health and fitness service designed to assist you in transforming your body by furthering healthy lifestyle habits, enabling you to achieve and sustain your goals.
