Hello I’m Ben,

My passion for fitness began when I helped my Dad lose 3 stone (19kg) after he struggled for years with his weight. Witnessing his transformation ignited my desire to help others on their journeys as well as better myself.

Following this passion I completed my Level 2 and 3 Personal training qualifications and a degree in Sport, Exercise and Health Science as well as several other qualifications. Now with the knowledge of how to help people of all ages and fitness levels, I am eager to fulfil my passion and help you with your own transformative journey whatever it may be.
