My name is Daniel and I've been training myself and others for years in weight lifting, conditioning and weight loss. I'm a strong believer in having a healthy mind as well as a healthy body. Fitness should never feel like a chore, it should be something to look forward to. I always make sure to create an enjoyable experience and cater to each client to make sure they have fun while pushing themselves to improve on their goals.
