Danielle Bates

I've had years of experience in the gym. I've gone from complete beginner in the gym to a competitive power lifter and now I'm moving to body building.

Over 13 months I was able to lose 20kg whilst finding a new love for the gym, kickboxing and seeing what I can achieve.

My goal is to help women get into strength training, enjoy the gym and push themselves, achieve their goals and build the physique they have always wanted.

Together we can build a community that supports, build confidence and motivates women without judgment, and I will be there to support you through every step of your journey.
