Just know I will always push you to be better than you were the day before. There will be ups and downs, but I will be there with you the whole way through. I have years of Personal Trainer experience alongside a sports science coaching degree which gives me an in-depth knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, Sports Psychology, Sports Performance, and Biomechanics.
