Emily Harvey

I have worked in the fitness industry for 5+ years as a Personal Trainer and online coach but started my fitness journey over 10 years ago. I started as I was unhappy in my own skin, lacked confidence, struggled with anxiety and desperately wanted to make a change. This is where my journey began, and since then I have never looked back.

I specialise in helping mainly women with their weight loss, body confidence and self confidence in and outside of the gym. I do this by incorporating fitness, nutrition, and psychology, all with a personalised approach. As well as being a certified personal trainer I am also currently studying a Psychology with counselling degree at university.

If you are currently struggling with knowing how to get started, or lack confidence, have gym anxiety, or are struggling with your relationship with food, with yo-yo dieting or bingeing and want to feel better in your own skin and take back control of how you think and feel about food, increase confidence and self-esteem, then I would love to support you through your journey.
