I’m a Personal Trainer with a vast amount of
knowledge when it comes to exercise and
nutrition. I'm not promising you over-night
results but I can guarantee you that if you put
your time, effort and trust into me , you will
see results in know time. I like to call myself a
bit of a ‘Gym Rat’ and I love training ; it has
always been a big part of my life. Growing up
playing football as well as boxing for a long
time, I developed a real genuine passion for
exercise and how it makes me feel , the
physical aspect is one thing but the mental
aspect is just as important and beneficial
when it comes to releasing stress from day to
day life. Whether you’re starting exercise for
the first time or are a regular gym goer and
need that extra bit of push and wisdom, I am
the perfect personal trainer for you. I’ve been
training for a majority of my life and I’ve
trained various clients with all different
capabilities so I’ve seen everything. This
makes me confident as I know i have the
patience backed up with the knowledge to
train whomever the client is. I approach my
training very seriously and methodologically
and I like to put the same efforts when it
comes to designing and tailoring a
programme to help reach my clients goals.
