No matter the level of health, fitness or strength I have the utmost admiration for anyone who is determined to make a change for the better. Your body is an amazing thing and can achieve much more than what you think is capable. Your health and fitness are one of a few constants that will always be just for yourself.

In my previous career I’ve always been able to develop amazing relationships with people from all different backgrounds and with you it will be even easier as we will both be pushing for the same thing, your fitness goal.
