The biggest reason why I wanted to become a Personal Trainer was so I can help people make and achieve the progress they’ve always wanted in their goals by providing individualised support, empathy, accountability, and guidance back by years of knowledge and experience gained from education and my own personal experiences.
Most people struggle to make progress in the gym due to a lack of knowledge, education, understanding and direction as to what they should be doing to achieve their goals, why and how. As a personal trainer, I want to help bridge the gaps in your knowledge and understanding together with you by providing you with the right knowledge, education, understanding and direction that you need and can then apply into practice so you can make the progress you’ve always wanted to make towards achieving your goals.
To explain a bit about myself. I’ve been involved in the fitness industry since I finished my GCSEs in school back in 2017. Over the last 6 years and more. Fitness has become a major part of my life and has given me a huge sense of purpose, fulfilment and revolutionary levels of self-confidence and self-belief that I can do anything when I put my mind to it. I tried many sports growing up in school and never felt confident that I was good enough to participate and do well in the sports I tried. However, that all changed as soon as I started going to the gym on a regular basis since 2017, eventually getting into the sport of powerlifting as I progressed along my fitness journey over the years.
I am currently a competitive powerlifter that competes at National Level as well as having experience in having once competed for Wales internationally at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships in New Zealand back in 2022.
As well as being a competitive powerlifter and massive gym nerd. I love content creating for social media, traveling to places, spending social time with friends and family and going on walks with my dog.
Feel free to come up to me, say hello and have a chat. I’m more than happy to have a chat and help you in whatever needs you may have.
