Hi, I’m Jacob, a former professional golfer turned fitness coach. I specialise in golf-specific fitness and strength conditioning to help you hit the ball further, improve your scores, reduce injury risk, and enjoy your best golf for longer.

I know firsthand the demands golf places on the body through my own injuries, which unfortunately, stopped my playing career. However, this became my motivation to help golfers like you enhance their game and overall health with targeted fitness strategies. Through my own S&C programing I was able to rehab my injuries and become stronger and more robust than before.

With a 1st class degree in Sport & Exercise Technology, S&C coaching in professional rugby and university sports clubs, and my own unique experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the gym floor. Whether it’s improving sports performance, building muscle, strength, or just wanting to become a more robust human, I can help you achieve your goals.
