From my time in the British Army to working around the world in Personal Protection, I have dedicated myself to fitness, nutrition and well-being for many years. Striving to be the best i can be, challenging myself every step of the way.
I have studied sports science, nutrition and an array of training methods. With a great understanding and knowledge of these, I have dedicated my time to helping others achieve their goals through fitness by tailoring workouts for each individual, in tandem with nutritional advice to optimise their outcomes while supporting them all the way.
