Sport and fitness have always been an integral component of my life since I was a kid. Playing netball, basketball, hockey and football since the age of five years old, my enthusiasm for exercise grew and the gym soon became an important part of my everyday life. My goal as a personal trainer is to guide and help my clients reach their full fitness potential, regardless of age and ability. To assist people in enjoying the benefits of being stronger, more toned and live a healthy and active lifestyle. I am excited to share my expertise and bring excitement to my training sessions that I hope will permeate to my clients and motivate them to achieve their goals.
