Hi I'm Lee...

Fitness has always been a key component of my life. From playing football growing up, to ameatur cycling (Road and Track). Then in my late teens joining a gym for the first time revolutionised the way I thought about health, fitness and mental well-being.

Over the last several years of training myself and being a Personal Trainer for others. I have acquired a wide range of knowledge and skills that have allowed not only myself. But others to push themselves beyond their initial limits and really amaze themselves at how strong they are. And how much stronger they can become!

So be it building muscle, developing strength, weight loss, improving conditioning or even gaining confidence within the gym. I will work closely alongside you and provide tailored plans to help you achieve your goals!
