Hi, my name is Lewis, and I am one of your personal trainers at West Bridgford!

I have been involved in sports almost all my life, including boxing, football, and athletics. I have always had a passion to succeed and endeavour to help others whilst taking part. Since then I have been passionate about the gym and love showing others the benefits the gym can offer, including the physical and mental aspects. I have been training in the gym for four years and train mainly for hypertrophy and have extensively researched in that time the best exercises and rep ranges for efficient and effective results.

As your personal trainer, I will offer you personalised fitness plans and nutritional advice that are realistic and compatible with busy lifestyles, as well as effective training methods so that you will feel and see the results. I can help you with fat loss, building muscle, toning up, and improving your overall confidence within the gym environment.

Having me as your personal trainer will ensure you are training correctly from the get-go and skip the trial-and-error phase which will delay your potential progress.
