My desire to be successful within fitness started from a young age, from martial arts to competitive swimming. I started my own journey to become stronger in 2020 during the lockdown, I know how difficult it can be to reach those goals and I can support you on your own journey.

My degree helps me to understand that there is much more beyond just attending the gym, the ability to change your mindset and improve your behaviours at home as well as the work we put in inside the gym.

I specialise in strength training, weight loss and chronic illnesses, being able to adapt the sessions to your needs. My goal is to help you achieve results and see the change within yourself.
