I am a firm believer in the enjoyment aspect of exercise which is fun, challenging and has been successful for others. I enjoy guiding people of all ages on their individual journey’s towards feeling, thinking and moving better.

The hour flies by and you only realise how hard you’ve worked afterwards. He has pre-recorded videos that can easily be adapted for any fitness level.

Working out with Manny has improved my own solo workouts – I’m now confident in my technique and have learned such a wide variety of exercises that exercising never gets stale or repetitive.
