Fitness is also about improving your mental health, realising the amazing things your body can do and challenging yourself to step outside your comfort zone and achieve goals you never thought you could.

Nutrition is also an area I feel very passionate about as I have first-hand experience of realising how good your body can feel and how much energy you can have when you're fuelling your body correctly. After being diagnosed with various food intolerances, I struggled to adjust to my new nutritional need and create new habits. Because of this I've gained great insight into the process of change and how to help others on their journey towards a healthier, happier and more sustainable way of eating.
