I love passing on the fitness bug and working with driven people.

I firmly believe fitness is as much a part of the mind as the body. It takes belief to achieve goals and I believe I can show you how to possess that belief in yourself, your training and life.

The gym is my sanctuary. Through years in the army, and gyms all over the world, with lots of success and failure, I have the knowledge they don't teach. How to never lose your drive or even better head in the gym.
