Matthew Jones

Quick intro about myself. I've been going to the gym since I was 16 years old and like most I didn't know where to start so I just asked the people around me who looked like they knew what they were doing. This sparked my interest in learning how to train correctly and proper nutrition, then before I knew it, I became the guy people turned to for advice. This led me into my career as a Personal Trainer. 

I have experienced nearly every aspect of changing my own body composition, from building size and muscle to dieting and losing body fat. All this led me into competing and winning bodybuilding shows (UKBFFNorth West Inters Bodybuilding 2017). So I know how challenging training and dieting can be, so I can teach you the little tricks that can make your training and nutrition easier and more enjoyable. As a Personal Trainer I offer many different services:

  • 1-1 Personal Training 1 hour or 30min sessions
  • Nutrition guidance and support, creating the best nutrition plan for your lifestyle
  • Body composition, focusing on your physique not the scales

  • Nutrition/Training programmes - catering for those who don't necessarily need a trainer by their side but want accountability and support, setting weekly targets/goals with a weekly check-in
