Hi, I'm Max,

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and have been in Puregym Halifax for over 5 years as a Personal Trainer.  

My Passion is helping members and clients achieve their goals, whether it be weight loss or hitting a PR!

If 1-2-1 Personal Training isn't for you, I also run semi private fitness classes called ''Fit and Functional''.  This is a functional cardio based class, with a friendly community of like minded members, and a great atmosphere.
