Hi, my name is Maxine. I have always been passionate about fitness & well-being with a strong background in a variety of sports specifically horse riding, rugby and swimming.

My goal for this journey is to help you become the best possible version of yourself. Mentally and physically. I am 100% committed to giving you everything I have, and beyond!

I specialise in helping people build the body that they thought wasn’t possible. Whether you are wanting to put on muscle or cut down, I can definitely help you. We will look at all aspects both inside and outside of the gym, helping provide you with the knowledge to be able to manage your own training and lifestyle further down the line. This all starts with setting goals to work towards, with small changes along the way creating big results.

I am always about on the gym floor and happy to chat, answer any questions and offer some advice if you would like. If you are ready to change and looking to further your self-development, I’d be very happy to help
