Becoming a Personal Trainer came out of my own love of being active and healthy. I think most of us aren’t aware of how good our bodies are designed to feel, and my goal is to help people realise that. I love changing the way someone sees and uses their body, especially when working with females as women's bodies are so much more complex and I think there’s a lack of attention to that in the industry. I’m passionate about what I do, I genuinely care about my clients and I will motivate you every step of the way. I pay close attention to form in order achieve optimal results and I also believe that your training should be fun!
