Fitness has always been a part of my life. The older I got, the more I found a love for fitness that I didn’t know I had. This inspired me to want to help others enjoy training while educating them along the way. 

Training and exercise shouldn’t be a punishment, it should fit within your lifestyle to keep you happy and healthy each day. Fitness is subjective, everyone is different with different levels and abilities.
