After starting as a beginner myself and then turning a passion into a career, my aim is to coach others to achieve their goals and become much more confident in the gym. Going from being scared to set foot in the free weights section and wanting to gain muscle without looking ‘bulky’; in the space of 6 months, I gained 10kg and changed my outlook on nutrition. One of my biggest lessons learnt from starting in the gym; food is fuel, carbs are not the enemy and that you CAN have your cake and eat it too.

Helping people gain confidence in themselves and what they’re doing is vital to me! With persistent motivation and lifestyle adjustments, I know we can strive to reach your goals together!
