Health and fitness have both been the pinnacle of my life from the moment I could run. Fair to say It is in my blood!
I want to pass on my passion and knowledge about what keeps us alive and kicking because through personal experience, your world can change in only a few seconds (as I am sure you have experienced as well).
Mental health is an ever-growing problem, especially with the very recent events causing major adaptations to all aspects of life. With persistent work and encouragement from myself, we can aid the affect it causes and turn those negatives into positive forward movements. You are not and will never be alone.
