Scott Taylor

Hi, my name is Scott and I qualified to become a personal trainer 6 years ago and I have been working at PureGym since. I have been training 100 + members, both male and female, with different goals and experiences ranging from beginners to advanced.

I enjoy strength training with different types of exercises targeting different areas of the body. I also like incorporating HIIT style training into my programming and workouts.

My sessions require hard work and a little bit of effort as they are tailored to your specific needs and push you to your maximum potential to keep you challenged. The programming I use will help you build a better and stronger version of yourself whilst becoming knowledgeable in exercising and nutrition to support your recovery.

My areas of expertise are losing weight, gaining muscle, and building confidence in the gym.
