I've always been an active person. My fitness journey began when I started training for and competing in triathlons in Spain where I grew up. Since then my interest in the movement /fitness world has varied, currently
my focus being Jiu Jitsu, Yoga, and slacklining. The condition of the body plays such a huge factor in our overall health and well being.
I feel it is my calling to be a coach and help people in this area. Together we can work on developing the best version of your physical self, increasing your confidence and overall well being.
