Tom Sissons

I’m a Personal Trainer here at PureGym Colwick. A fully qualified PT, I’ve worked in Fitness for 8 years and there is nothing I would rather do. I genuinely love my job, seeing the difference fitness can have on someone both physically and mentally is a huge motivator for me. I have a really varied client base, different ages, abilities, training experience, performance levels and goals. Some I coach in person, others I support online, every client with a tailored individual programme, all stored on my personalised app along with tutorials & progress tracking, giving you everything you need to get started and feel in control.

 The journey into fitness can be really daunting, gyms can be overwhelming and it’s not easy to work out where to go for the right advice. Whatever your goal; decreasing body fat, starting strength training, nutritional advice, returning to fitness post injury, or just simply wanting to feel healthier and have more energy, I would love to help you. It’s always a real privilege for me to be a small part of someone’s journey.
