As an ex office worker, i understand first hand the challenge to stay fit, healthy and have your body function optimally despite the desk enviornment.

My priority is to help my clients build strength, endurance and improve body function applicable to every day life, as well as working with them to set and complete bold chalenges!!

I belive in training with purpose. Using natural movement patterns, i help my clients improve how thier body functions, avoiding and preventing injury to improve thier quality of life.
