I started my fitness journey over 10 years ago, I was overweight and needed a goal in my life, I started going to the gym and I really enjoyed it. Ever since then I’ve been on a mission to help others reach their goals and find purpose through fitness.

I’ve been a personal trainer for over 4 years now. My speciality is weight loss, functional fitness building, foundation muscle building. I often do this through creating specialised boxing programs.
