Being fit and strong has become a passion and lifestyle of mine these past few years, but it hasn't always been this way. For years prior I lead a very sedentary lifestyle. As a teenager I would sit around all day and play video games.. then I started to notice issues with my back and posture, and so I started to exercise to try and fix the issues. However, like most people I had no idea where to start. I tried many different sports and training routines until I finally found the ones that was right for me. This was calisthenics/bodyweight training. It's a training style that has many benefits. This can be training at home or anywhere with minimal equipment, training different skills from handstand push ups to muscle ups or even something as simple as sticking to a basic routine of push and pull ups to maintain strength and mobility. Most of all, it's a fun and interesting way to keep fit and strong!
