My name is Yuka Gallagher. I’m a qualified
Personal Trainer and I’ve personally
experienced the empowering potential of
sports and exercise during my time racing
mountain bikes, and how it can enrich your
life far beyond just the physical benefits.
I’ve always had a passion for strength and
conditioning and a great love for the outdoors
from biking to hiking, to Munro half
marathons! I love going to the gym to get
stronger, fitter and healthier to excel in the
sports I love taking part in to my fullest
potential.
